The sponsor is honored with a plaque of appreciation for participating as a bronze sponsor.

Silver Sponsorship (Maximum number of sponsors: five only):
2.1
An opportunity for a speech or presentation about the sponsor is provided.
2.2
The sponsor's logo is placed on the exhibition's printed materials, including the brochure and conference guide.
2.3
The sponsor's logo is placed on the exhibition's website with a link to the sponsor's website.
2.4
The sponsor is honored with a plaque of appreciation for participating as a silver sponsor.

Gold Sponsorship (Maximum number of sponsors: two only):
3.1
An opportunity for a speech or presentation about the sponsor is provided.
3.2
The sponsor receives a booth at the exhibition with a space of 9 m² (3x3 m).
3.3
The sponsor's logo is placed on the exhibition's printed materials, including the brochure and conference guide.
3.4
The sponsor's logo is placed on the exhibition's website with a link to the sponsor's website.

The sponsor's printed materials are distributed along with the exhibition's materials to attendees.

Media partnership with TurkMall

Fundamental Obligations of the Media Company
1.1
The media partner agrees to promote the exhibition organized by TurkMall through various media channels, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and others.
1.2
The media partner is required to provide media coverage for the event organized by TurkMall, through written or visual reports that cover the event before, during, and after its occurrence.
1.3
Use of Trademarks: The TurkMall logo may only be used for the purposes of promoting the events it organizes and must not be used for any other purpose without prior approval from TurkMall

Obligations of TurkMall
2.1
TurkMall must provide the necessary promotional materials to the media company, including logos, images, and event-specific information.
2.2
TurkMall must recognize the promotional efforts made by the media partner and express gratitude by sharing links and published advertising materials.
3
General Terms
3.1
This agreement is specific to the exhibition only and can be extended if a permanent partnership is agreed upon.
3.2
Both the media company and TurkMall commit to maintaining the confidentiality of commercial and sensitive information exchanged during the term of the agreement.
4
Financial Obligations
4.1
The purpose of this partnership is to achieve mutual benefits through the promotion and publicity of the agreed-upon events, without any financial obligations from either party towards the other.
