It has lasting elasticity. No sagging - thixotropic. There is no stickiness on the surface after complete drying. Doesn't collect dirt. No shrinkage. It can be used with a hand gun and can be used easily. Can be colored. Treats free bubbles. 25% mobility. Complies with BS 6920 for water-soluble mineral impurities. Complies with SCAQMD rule, LEED 1168 credits, and VOC content specification requirements in EQc4.1 “Low Emission Products”.
